Handbook: Violence against Women with disabilities
The Belgian NGO Persephone - Union of women with a disability or a chronic and disabling disease published this handbook as an EU Daphne project.

The report provides an overview of the research that already has been done, preventive actions that have been taken and support currently available. It also shows the gaps that still need to be filled in this matter.
This brochure is a must for those who want to be active in solving the problem, useful for women with disabilities wanting to protect themselves (preventively) from domestic violence. People working, or planning to work in the healthcare or social sector can also benefit from reading it, as well as self-defence instructors.
